Refund policy

RETURNS 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase/delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of delivery. We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria. 

You may withdraw from the purchase order and request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

Downloadable software and product keys do not have to be returned. Product keys must be unused ("unused"means that your licence is 100% new and inactivated) or the software must be uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. For eligible downloadable products, we may require you to sign an electronic letter of destruction as condition of your return to confirm that you have uninstalled and have not made any copies of the product. The product key for these products will be blocked and you will not be able to install or use the software in the future.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased/delivered to you in the last 14 days, 
the product isn't used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase.

We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

Cancellations/unwanted returns- Product not delivered (if you haven't received the delivery email from us)- Download or activation issues (if you experience problems while downloading/activating the product)- Major defects/errors. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur. 
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving, downloading or activating our products.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@softelectronics.co.uk 

RIGHT TO CANCEL (For services) 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
